ClubExpress is offering two sessions on Monday October 15th, 2012 at this year's National Village Gathering for those who would like to learn more about the ClubExpress platform (www.clubexpress.com).
Session one is meant for beginners and session two is for more advanced users. Registrants can sign up for both sessions for a full day of training.

Abstract
This morning seminar explores how to use ClubExpress to manage a complete village front-office and back office, including the village website, members, prospective members, donors, volunteers and other contacts. We will demonstrate the member and non-member contact logs. We will show you how to use the website calendar to list events and accept registrations online, how to accept donations online, how to manage photos, videos and documents, and how to track member interests and committees. We will also introduce the special services functionality available in ClubExpress specifically for villages.

Abstract
This afternoon seminar explores in detail the special features added to ClubExpress specifically for villages. We will show you how to define the services your village provides and the service providers who provide these services (contractors and volunteers). We will show you how to manage vettings, ratings and feedback. We will create service requests and link them to members and service providers, demonstrating how to contact and manage the process of linking a provider to a request. We will also teach you to how to use the tools built into ClubExpress for managing open requests, office time, and a ToDo list, and how to run reports and data exports.
