Now that the Village-to-Village Network has successfully transitioned to a member-operated model, we thought it was time to reinstitute the monthly tech support conference calls. The purpose of these open discussion calls will be to share expertise and experience related to the technologies and systems that support village operations such as maintaining a member and non member database, processing member applications, renewals and payments, scheduling and tracking member services, emailing and communications, website creation & management, event management and flexible reporting.
In response to the recent member requests, we will devote this first call to the pros and cons of Club Express. Your interests and concerns will determine future topics. We hope both experts and newbies are available to participate!
