The ClubExpress Users Group learned a great deal from the suggestions that we received that went into the development of the current CE survey on Member Services features.  We will be sharing our thoughts and demoing various features of ClubExpress at the May 17 Tech Talk.  This session will focus only on what is in CE today; at our June Tech Talk we will be reporting the survey results and talking about the future.  Specifically in May, (1) we will be discussing/demoing some interesting and useful features in CE that are unknown to some of the Villages or are not used as fully as the features might be and (2) discussing some Village best practices around using CE capabilities.  We will also address any questions about ClubExpress that you bring up.  The session should be useful for both the “technical folks” who are the usual attendees of the Tech Talks and the staff and volunteers who are the day-to-day users of CE's Member Services functions.   Feel free to invite anyone from your Village.  If you know of a feature/function, a “how-do-you-do,” or a best practice that you want to have discussed at the session, send us an email at ceusers@vtvnetwork.org.

Our purpose is to gather, collectively decide, and present ClubExpress (CE) with Village priorities for software application enhancements, a unified list of issues, and other suggested improvements.  We also offer mentoring to CE users, and help the growing number of CE user Villages work more effectively with the CE organization and the CE application via sharing best practices.  We provide a forum to discuss best practices involving CE’s application.
