Registration cancellations will be accepted up to 15 days of the start of the event. Due to costs already incurred based on your registration, cancellations will NOT be accepted and refunds will NOT be given if your cancellation request is made less than 15 days prior to the event start date.
Please notify event contact person for VtV Network if you need to cancel your registration prior to the cancellation deadline. VtV Network will refund the registration fee less a $75 cancellation administration fee.
