About this event

Village Workshop - 12 PM PT / 1 PM MT / 2 PM CT / 3 PM ET

Topic: ITNAmerica will share an introduction to ITNCountry with Village communities from across the country. ITNCountry is an innovative technology and support platform designed for community-based transportation providers of all types and sizes. ITNAmerica is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing safe, sustainable transportation options for older adults and people with mobility challenges. Through ITNCountry, communities gain access to ITNRides, a comprehensive transportation management system that streamlines ride scheduling, volunteer coordination, reporting, and communications. Whether launching transportation as a new offering, or strengthening an existing program, ITNCountry provides the tools, training, technical support, and experienced guidance needed to thrive. The presentation will offer a brief overview of ITNRides features, highlight the open invitation for Village communities to recruit volunteer drivers through America’s Volunteer Driver Center, and allow time for questions and discussion.

Join us on the second Monday each month for workshops and discussions on topics of interest to Villages. This series of dynamic workshops is designed to help Villages unlock their full potential, fostering growth, innovation, and sustainable success. Each workshop is tailored to address key areas of development—leadership, communication, team collaboration, strategic thinking, and change management—enabling teams to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment. The workshops provide practical tools, strategies, and frameworks that can be immediately applied to real-world challenges, with a focus on creating a culture of continuous improvement and adaptive resilience.
