FOR VTV NETWORK MEMBERS ONLY:

Please forward this to anyone from your Village who develops office processes and trains volunteers to use ClubExpress and, also, to your Village’s technology staff.

The April 18th ClubExpress Users Talk at 3pm Eastern will show how one innovative Village has improved its processes and simplified how its “office volunteers” access ClubExpress.  The Village has developed role-specific processes and menus to make the volunteers’ use of ClubExpress more intuitive and faster.  A few other Villages have made similar implementations with excellent results.

This session should be of interest to Villages that have multiple volunteers who help the Village perform administrative functions (e.g., call managers; volunteers with responsible for new member intake, setting up events, vetting volunteers and vendors, entering attendance). These processes and menus that will be described will also work well when the Village uses other technologies (e.g., Google Voice, third-party vetting services) and needs to include links to sites outside of ClubExpress.

We’ve scheduled this session because as we’ve discussed it and done some demonstrations, we’ve found that each Village who has seen it has been interested in learning more.  We’ve heard a great interest in implementing “something like it” at multiple Villages.  This session should give each Village enough information to be able to implement these processes and tools on its own.

This will start as a demo and there will be ample opportunity for Q+A.  Also, if any Village on the call is doing something similar, we expect to have time to show that.

Register for the event on the calendar at www.vtvnetwork.org.

After registration, you will be sent call-in information.
