EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE

Here are the fees for this year:

VtV Network Member Early Bird=  $60 ($75 after Early Bird)
You cannot register another person, and you must be logged into your account to get member pricing.
Early Bird Registration is extended until September 1, so get registered NOW!

Non-member Early Bird=  $75 ($100 after Early Bird)




GROUPS:
If you have a group of 5 or more people, email the office with the
NAMES and EMAIL ADDRESSES for every person in your group,
and you will get a $10 discount per person! You cannot register for someone else.

Join us in Boston for the 2025 Village to Village Network Conference, held in conjunction with the 2025 LeadingAge Annual Meeting! This is the premier gathering for Village leaders, advocates, and aging services professionals dedicated to empowering older adults to live independently and stay connected within their communities. Don’t miss this chance to engage with thought leaders, share experiences, and shape the future of Villages!

OPTION 1: Are You Attending the Village to Village Program AND Annual Meeting?
Register for the Sunday Village to Village Members AND Annual Meeting. Fill out the registration form, choose the Elder/Resident category at $250. Proceed with the rest of registration, select any sessions you would like to attend, and on the ‘Special Events’ screen, be sure to add on the ‘Village to Village Program’ for $50. On the next screen, make your hotel reservations (if not needed, click ‘skip reservations’), make payment and submit your registration. You will receive a confirmation email. Please contact meetings@leadingage.org with any questions.
